To whom it may concern, I payed for your falconry day for my dad as a christmas present. He came yesterday 27th, Mr Ken Groom, and may I just say how grateful I am for making the day so amazing for him. He hasn't stopped talking about it, how beautiful the grounds were and how knowledgeable your staff were. Thank you very much for making the day so memorable.

OK, so we waited a long time to get there but when we did, WOW, what a truly amazing afternoon. Not only was Mark a wonderful falconer, he interacted beautifully with my daughter and her siblings, including Michael (who’s very special) and my Mother and Michaels carer! I was worried that my daughter Violet would feel left out (she’s too young for full involvement at 5) but Mark involved her and she too had a great time. The kids (and grown ups) hardly broke their smiles all afternoon and Violet even got to be the “rabbit” for the demonstration. Photos will be sent to the kids brother Christopher who’s serving in Afghanistan. I cannot compliment you highly enough for the exceptional customer service we receive…on our entire journey, from the lady at the gate, the café team and of course Mark especially who really knows how to treat his customers. Without doubt, the best day (afternoon) out we’ve ever had in the UK.

I intend to scour the web for further discounted offers as everyone involved (the carer too) is desperate to come back & I promised to take them but unless I find a very old very rich man soon, I’ll struggle to deliver! haha

A somewhat belated thank you – but THANK YOU SO MUCH for an amazing day at Doddington Place on 26th May.
Alan was delighted with his experience and the thrill of flying the birds is one he will remember forever. And so will I – thank you for including me, it was beyond our expectations but made it even more special. Some of our photographs have turned out quite well – once I got the hang of it and stopped shooting the floor!! I hope the other chap was pleased with some of his snaps too.
You were a great tutor (? instructor?) – your explanations were clear, in layman’s terms and we learned so much about how these awesome birds live, fly, survive, meld into their surroundings and live alongside other animals and humans in rural and suburban environments and how they are so important, if perhaps mostly unseen by most of us.
Unfortunately, the weather that attempted to stop our flying sessions overtook us on the way home, and combined with traffic problems all over the south west & midlands meant we had a dreadful journey – some 4&half hours for 120 miles but we wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
We just wish you were nearer so we could visit again and more often, but I feel sure that we’ll be back one day.

Hi we have just retured form our day at the Hawking Centre. We just wanted to say that we had a wonderful time and could not recommend you more highly. Everything about the day was wonderful. Your birds are exquisite and the gentleman who did the day (Darren? sorry if thats wrong) is such a credit to you. Professional, knowlegable and a nice guy. I think that he added to the overall feel of the day for being such a nice guy. The setting could not have been better. Thank you very much. We hope to return one day.

Hello Leigh, Jo and all,
This is just a personal message to you, to give our utmost thanks to the team for making Janice's experience day, yesterday, a fantastic one.
It was lovely to meet some of the team and, to take in, all the information, guidance and hospitality so warmly given. I as a 'spectator' for the day, felt I was treated no differently, from those flying/handling the birds - we were made most welcome and it felt that we had known you for ages.
So again, our thanks to all in setting up this day and especially to Aaron and for the 'volunteers', Charlotte and Rebecca (hope thats right), for everything - a great team, a great lunch and, a great experience!
Oh, and not to mention all the little chaps and chappesses that were flying too.
